They defeated the former world champions France in a 4-2 penalty shootout after a thriller 3-3 draw across 120 minutes to regain their 3rd title. 3 goals from Argentina were from 1)Lionel Messi in 23th minutes 2) Angel De Maria in 36th minutes and again from Lionel Messi in 109th minutes. All 3 goals from France’s side came from Kylian Mbappe. with this, he became the first player to score a Hat-Trick in the final of the Football World Cup.
